Circle not showing history

Haven't been able to see the history of any devices for several weeks now, though I can see the "filtered" history.


Please, do not suggest rebooting or reinstalling. This forum is littered with people saying those suggestions took hours to complete but didn't fix the problem.


Is Circle doing anything about this? Several dozen discussions about the problem but I'm not finding any solution nor anyone from Netgear/Circle saying they're working on it.
