I have the RBR850 and one satellite. My parental controls on the app recently stopped working at the end of November. I then updated the firmware to v4.6.14.3_2.3.12.
I have:
reinstalled the app 5 times
factory reset the router
reset the modem
reset the router
unplugged from power
tried to solve this with 3 techs over chat
described the level 3 support script described in the forums.
