Portforward not working? [D7000v2]

So trying to port forward ports for a ts server and a few others and I recently upgraded from a d6300 which I port forwarded from for a few years till it died but atm the ports are forwarded yet nothing from the internet can see the servers and the most port test websites say they are closed?

The server in question has a static IP assigned and my public ip is a STATIC ip and not a dynamic ip!

I have no idea what could be stopping me from connecting to my servers externally?

Not everyone in your audience knows what "ts" might be.

True static, or reserved dynamic?  Have you verified that it really
is at "192.168.0.24"?

Current firmware for the D7000[v1] (V1.0.1.64_1.0.1) includes a
"Service Type" column in that report (with values like "TCP" or
"TCP/UDP").  Your D7000v2 (V?) apparently doesn't, but if you specified
the right stuff for that, and your target/Server address is realistic,
then the router configuration looks reasonable.

Can you access the server at 192.168.0.24 from the LAN?  Can you
access the server at your public IP address from the LAN?

Server can be accessed internally at address but not externally.
Pretty sure it's static as my external ip hasn't changed for 3 years.

   At _which_ address?

   That was two questions.

You're pretty sure that _what_ is static?  The server's LAN address
or your "external ip" address?

That question was about the server's LAN IP address.  I assumed that
that was what you meant by "The server [...] has a static IP", but now
your actual meaning is a mystery.

You might want to review the previous questions, and answer each of
them, rather than expecting one (over-terse) answer to cover them all.
