Recently, I got one 4G LTE Modem. I have several questions about how to choose a SIM card: 1. Which service provider should I choose? 2. What kind of data plan should I choose? 3. Do some providers have pure data plans? Some more questions: Will I get a static IP address if I keep this device always at the same place?
