JGS516 - Installed by IT company who is now out of business leaving us with no access to settings!
Our office was wired and set-up by a small IT business which has disappeared at the dismay and expense of several companies in our office building. We only have a password to allow devices to connect to the system. We do not know how to enter the NetGear JGS516 itself. We, as several other tenants, believe the fugitive has access to our systems and would like to know if we can reset the JGS516 to enter our own passwords and make our office secure again. None of us are highly technical people. I have superficial experience in setting up wireless routers in our previous office locations and at home. I'm hoping this situation is not vastly different and either someone can provide directions as to a "Factory Reset" or guide me to the correct source to achieve this correction.
