Orbi RBR50 parental controls not working
I have an RBR50 and two RBS50 satellites that work great. I purchased a Parental Controls subscription about 2 years ago, and I noticed in the last 3 months that it no longer works. I have been attempting to fix this issue for a few weeks now but to no avail. Specifically, I have reset my Orbi system several times, and I have updated my firmware twice. The router and two satellites are now running the latest v2.7.5.4 Completely stumped and frustrated…CIRCLE & APPLE TV
I am using the Orbi RBR20 with integrated Circle. Circle is not seeing Apple TV traffic. I have tried it connected by LAN and wireless. I have verifed the MAC address being used by the Apple TV matches the one shown on the router for the Apple TV (I have previously seen different MAC addresses being logged for the Apple TV). There was a very brief period of time when the Apple TV traffic was recorded/monitored/controlled by Circle. That was when I first switched it from wired LAN to wifi, but I cannot get it to do so again. I have found no one else posting a similar problem on any forum. Does anyone have any idea of what may be going on?I can not receive the circle pass code
My wifi AP is Nighthawk R7000. Recently, my cell phone OS was broken and reset it. Then I found I cannot login the circle. It always asks me to enter the "Passcode". as I remember, I didn't setup my cell phone number into circle. is it possible to reset my account.RAXE500 -- can't sign up for Parental Controls (invalid currency type), can't switch accounts
On my main account, every time I try to sign up for a service (SPC, Armor), the system throws an error, telling me: New plan does not have a rate schedule with a currency matching the account's currency. I thought maybe my account was referencing an old address somewhere I couldn't see, so I unregistered the device and made a new account, then registered the router to that one. It doesn't seem to have worked -- every time I try to do something on the router, I'm told that it is already registered to my old account. I've been working on this for days now -- phone support could not figure out the currency issue, and emails have gone unanswered. I really need parental controls up and running. Right now I'm stuck, and getting ready to go shopping...RAX50 unable to register device and parental controls gone
Have the rax50v2 router and the parental controls set up on all zones in my house. The parental controls disappeared from my app and now I can’t adjust the time the internet turns off in the different zones and it’s still working in the background. But I’m also getting product already registered. So that’s an issue And when I’m trying to login to the security section of the app it’s says login with the email I’m using and try again.Circle passcode and remote access - Orbi RBR50
Dear team, Haveing issues in getting the Circle passcode, unable to use the remote access to control the Circle from outside home and not receiving any notification of new devices joining my home network or any network outages. When I tried to get passcode text to me it’s also not received.
