Hi guys, completely new here. I've just purchased a Netgear ReadyNAS 214 and just setting it up now. I'd like to install Docker on it and from what I've learned so far, Mhynlo has put in a bit of work on getting this to work. I've tried downloading the latest stable and pre-release versions from here: https://github.com/Mhynlo/readynas-docker-cli Unfortunately, I'm having a bit of trouble getting it to install. I keep getting an "Cannot install application docker-cli-rnapp" error message. Help? My goal is to have my ReadyNAS spin up icloud_photos_downloader (https://github.com/ndbroadbent/icloud_photos_downloader) pull files from iCloud on a scheduled basis to backup to storage on the NAS. It's a different approach than ReadyCLOUD and it gives me more control over how files are backed up: An app also doesn't have to be installed (and managed by the end user) Backups are initiated from server-side and not client-side on the device Backups are not managed on the device, which can be confusing for a non-technical end user Delete older content from iCloud if it is already backed up to NAS; This maximizes the use of cloud storage space Any help greatly appreciated!SickRage taken over update no longer works, use SickChill
Not sure who noticed that after an update Sickrage stopped working, if you then try to download a new version you land on the sickrage.ca page. If you install that version and want to access the GUI you are redirected to that site where you have to create a login. This page is maintained by a different person echelon, who initially added cryptocurrencyminig to both his site and to the SickRage code. This is part of a long running dispute between echelon and the people who maintaned the code the last couple of years. This group has now forked SickRage and created SickChill, less rage more chill! Myhnlo created an updated installer linking to the SickChill git repo: https://github.com/Mhynlo/readynas-sickchill/releases/tag/201810.15-ml0 DaveTautulli Update has broken my system and lost all my data :(
Hi Mhynlo, I was wondering if you could help me. So heres the story:- I had your original PlexyPY readynas app which worked great, and when it said update to Tautulli I did so with no problems .... Skip to almost a year later and theres been a button on my readynas app page next to your Plexpy icon with Update (I've ignored it for awhile as my Tautulli/Plexpy installation has been working great since the update .... even the auto-updater worked a treat). However i have notcied that Tautulli has been running a bit slower of late and I put this down to the 4000+ Records i had, so I hit your update button .... To my horror the update stalled and didnt work and wiped my DB (Which i hadnt backed up, cause im an idiot). So after multiple tries of getting plexpy from the app store installed and running i found your Tautulli install file which worked (Phew). The only issue is its not great compared to your original Plexpy updated version. Here are a couple of the issues ive found (Not including loosing me DB :( ) 1) its allways says "You are running an unknown version of Tautulli." even when i try and auto-update i get this. 2) the auto-update crashed Tautulli every time i run it, which means i need to go into the Readynas Admin screen and stop then start the app again. How can i fix these two issues ? Cheers DanWorking version of Qbittorrent for RN102 OS 6.9.4?
Hi, Im running OS 6.9.4 on my RN102 and can't get qbittorrent to work anymore. I've tried both the older 1.0.3 version from the "available apps" page and the newer version 3.3.0 version through the upload function. I can get both versions installed, but when I try to open the app's web GUI I get the error message "site not available" and ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED I've rolled all the way back to OS 6.6.1 to no avail although I did have qbittorrent working before on my NAS, I just can't remember on which OS version. Does anyone know how to get qbittorrent working again? Thanks a bunch in advance, Laszlo from the Netherlands
