Recently updated firmware on RN104 now users not able to backup pics from phone with Rcloud
I use the ReadyNAS 104 for my family to backup photos. I made sure everyone had a mynetgear.com account upgrade and they were able to access/backup their photos. The firmware up for 6.5.2 was available so I went ahead and updated. I was not connecting from my phone, i logged out and back in, seemed to work fine. My wife asked me to troubleshoot her phone and I could not see the Readynas. i've logged her out and back in. Deleted readycloud and reinstalled on the phone. created new folders in readynas and invited her. No success. Can you please let me know how to add my family members back in.4.3KViews1like7Comments
