1 TopicError Communicating with Device
I have a Netgear C7000 Cable Modem connected to a GC110P Switch (both on Port 1). I signed up for the trial of Insight Cloud to see how this works and was able to add the GC110P to my account with no problem. I have my computer and a few other devices connected to the switch and it appears to be working fine. The mobile app is telling me it cannot communicate with the device. The website is not showing any traffic for the Wired section (presumably this is related). Do I need to do additional steps to make the app/website communicate/relay data with the device?Solved6.4KViews0likes2Comments
