Network genie
I left my customer with working internet on Saturday by Monday the Network Genie had pop up messages all over the screen and he had lost connectivity. So...is there any way to go back to normal router functions without the Network Genie and all the pop-up windows that appear to be blocking my clients access to their R 6400 series wireless router? Or will this Genie program necessitate a second visit to the client to reconfigure it or eliminate it and restore normal internet service. Can I just uninstall the genie and go back to a working router for example it sure worked fine on Saturday. The genie software was installed but never actually configured on this PC. Please give me your advice on this subject. The device has been fully updated as to latest Firmware. Would be nice if there was a simple fix that would save a trip to the client location. Thank you
