Powerline 1200 Ground Terminal
I will be traveling to Mexico next month and while there I was planning to use Powerline 1200 devices to extend Internet to other parts of the house. The problem I forsee is that I am pretty sure that most of the plugs in the house only have 2 terminals (Hot & Neutral). The ground terminal is not used. I noticed that the Powerline 1200 has 3 prongs (Hot, Neutral & Ground). If I use a 3 Prong to 2 Prong adaptor, will the Powerline 1200 still work? Will it work at a slower speed? Or am i better off using another product (Powerline 500) that only requires 2 prongs? Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you, Dan
