REadyNAS RN21400 with OS 6 Dropbox Authorization hangs
Cannot turn on Dropbox. I'm attempting to set up a Dropbox sync with our RN21400 ReadyNAS for backups. After going to admin page and going to the cloud tab, I'm trying to enable "Sync with Dropbox" but after switching this from "off" to "on" a pop-up redirect page for Dropbox authorization appears and just hangs. this happens with Chrome and Internet Explorer. I have also tried a different computer. I also to add the Google public DNS 8.8.8.8 as primary as well just in case.2.2KViews0likes10Comments
Loss of Shares
{I think this is the model - RN21400 with 4 drive slots) I upgraded to the latest firmware this afternoon and after the reboot, all I have for shares is Home and my email address as a folder name. None of the other shares I have previously created are shown. I have no other user id's I know of. The data appears to be all there as the amount os space available hasn't reduced. Any one any ideas about how I get back my shares? ThanksSolved12KViews0likes18Comments
