Putting drives back in correct order ReadyNAS RNR4000
I'm new to this community and do not have a log of knowledge regarding the ReadyNAS. I just know that it's been running since 2009 and when a drive goes bad, we would hotswap them. I know it's bad to say, but our device is just an afterthought, until we had 3 drives crash and not finding a whole lot of info on it. I pulled 3 of the drives out (drives 2,3,4) and was going to replace them thinking possibly it would work. But, it didn't. So, now I was going to put the drives back in and see if I could possibly recovery the data off of them, but I do not know which drive goes in which. I've read that the logs can tell me this, but I do not know which log to look at. Any info would be helpful. I do have logs going back a few years. Thanks so much.
