Hello, I entered a post on 8/3/17 at 10:53am and not it is no longer available. I previously purchased a FVS318G and setup service with someone to install it. When the person came out to install it they stated that I needed another router which would be better for the business network using a CenturyLink C1000Z modem. So, I purchased a Nighthawk X8 AC5300. I ended setting it up myself because the person increased the hours and cost to do the install. I have it setup and working, however, I do not believe it is working correctly as I am unable to connect to my work computer from home. Can someone help with this problem? I have been trying to get this resolved as someone has been hacking into our network printer and sending pornographic pictures. This is the reason for purchasing the Netgear Router in the first place. I have been dealing with this problem for the past 6-7 months and really am tired of the whole thing.Solved11KViews0likes4Comments
