1 TopicReadyNAS RNDP4000 unable to access admin page or via share
For some inexplicable reason, my ReadyNAS Pro 4 can't seem to access the admin page anymore, nor can I reach it through a networked drive path. RaidAR can see the unit and reports it being healthy, but I can't access the admin page. I can see the shares from Windows 10, but only the read-only side. If I try to navigate to the share via the previous name or via the local IP address, I receive the error that windows can't access it. I went ahead and did an OS Reinstall from the boot menu, which has changed the IP address for the device on my local network, but still is not allowing me to access the admin page. Aside from standard Windows updates, there have been no changes made to my network or home configuration, so I'm at a bit of a loss for what I can do here. I've tried to disable all firewalls to test, tried multiple Internet browsers to test and I'm not sure what can be done. I can ping the IP address for the ReadyNAS, but I'm not sure what's going on with the web interface at all. If I go to the IP address in a browser directly, I can login with the default credentials to access the /shares, but I can't access /admin at all. I get an error that says: "This site isn’t secure Error Code: DLG_FLAGS_SEC_CERT_CN_INVALID" and if I try to ignore that error, it simply redirects me back. I understand my ReadyNAS is an older unit and I'd love to upgrade to a new one if I can simply install my current drives into a new unit, but that's another question for another time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Solved6.4KViews0likes15Comments
