setup readynas without new drives
Hi, i have 2 external hard disk drives WD each 2TB, i wanted to access them remotely so i purchased the readynas so i can connect these two external hard disk drives through the to rear availabel 3.0 usb ports. Now, i am trying to setup the ready nas fofor the first time and i followed the instructions but i failed to discover the readynas! why is that? is it a MUST to install new drives in roder to access the external drives that are hocked up the usb ports? i mean is it a MUST to install new drives to complete the setup?? do i have to buy new two drives? i dont want to buy any new drives, please adise what to do?
