ready cloud windows app showing NAS drive as offline
Simply I cannot remotely login to my NAS drive in the office. I have tried logging onto the readycloud website (topright) with my now migrated readycloud account to mynetgear account this let me login in but shows the image for the NAS drive and states it has no volume I have now downloaded the windows app and it is showing the device as offline I had an IT guy pop on earlier setting this up whilst doing ither bits, he managed to loginto our nas drive using the android app on his smart phone, he could see all the file structure and everything!? Do I have to buy an android smartphone to get this to work? Please help. Ross.2.6KViews0likes2Comments
