Ethernet Does Not Have Valid IP Configuration
I've just purchased two XAV5201 & XWN5001 Powerline av 500 sets to upgrade my XET1001 home system. The XET1001 system works well except that transfer speeds are only around 3-5 Mbs (on my Verizon FiOS 70 Mbs router). My new Powerline av 500 system is giving me this error message: "Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP configuration" (on every unit). What guidance can you provide? I've tried many things so far without success. For now, I'm falling back on using my old system. Your guidance is much appreciated !!!

XAV5421 & XAV5201 powerline devices won't give an IP on electrical outlets in living room only
Hi everyone, I have a XAV5201 cabled into my R7000 router and I have an XAV5421 which will ONLY give an IP adress 169.... in my living room but will work fine giving out my 192.168.0.x addresses in other electrical outlets in other parts of my home and functions. I have switched the XAV5201 off and on several times but no change. I know nothing about the eletrical side. What's going on in my living room? Thanks in advance
