Unable to shutdown (freeze)
I've just bought a brand new RN-214 (4 bay) which I am unable to shut down properly. The firmware has been upgraded to version 6.6.1. The symptoms are: When I shut down the system either by - Pressing the power button 3 times, or - Using the shutdown function in the admin webapp, or - Using the power timer then it spins down the harddrives, the fan is also switched off, but all the LEDs stay lit and the LCD says: do_exit+890 After that the system is completely frozen. It does not respond to anything. I need to disconnect the power cable and connect it again to reboot the NAS. There are some similar posts in the forum. Some have been solved by upgrading to a new firmware. But I already have the newest firmware. Any ideas what to do next?Solved3.7KViews0likes6Comments
