Hi I would really appreciate it if someone could help me with my BR200 today I noticed that the connection to the cloud is disconnected and the cloud light is not on in my profile I see the following message Waiting for first connect I reset it, reset it again, it's updated to the latest possible version, but the cloud portal doesn't work and it's still on Waiting for first connect?
