Hi! My wife is already a local user on my RN102. Now I want to invite her to use ReadyClous access. I am myself registered as user ReadyCloud and the admin of my RN102 there. This account works fine. So I logged into ReadyCloud.netgear.com to invite her. Following the FAQ, I found a share to add "Full Folder Access" In the "Shared folder options..." popup, I entered her email, and was told (correctly) that she did not exist as a ReadyCloud user, and thus would be sent an invite. But the next moment a new popup overlayed, saying: Invite new user error: Inviteuser failed - Local User Exists. This effectively canceled the invite. So here we are. A local user indeed exists on the RN102 with the same email address. How can I give her access to the ReadyNAS via ReadyCloud? (no, I was not helped by the other related threads in here.
