I have not used ReadyCLOUD in quite some months. I tried it just now (from Starbucks) and on the page with the window labeled "Sign in with MyNETGEAR Account" I enter my email address and Password, but it just redisplays the same window with Email and Password changed to the color red. I don't know what that means, bvut I can't seem to get beyond it. I know the password is correct because I was given the option of changing my password. It send me an email with a link so I changed it. But I can't log in. Any thoughts on how to fix the problem would be appreciated.8.2KViews0likes41CommentsComputer has connection to the router, but needs "Approval login"

Hello, I have following device: - ReadyNas 104 (RN104) - Operating with 6.0.X software (from what I recall) And I have following problem: - Can't IP access it: This site can’t provide a secure connection 192.168.1.3 doesn't adhere to security standards. ERR_SSL_SERVER_CERT_BAD_FORMAT - earlier I was able to see the login page, but it didn't let me in, the pswd recovery thingy didnt allow me to send a reset, and the password that I used was not accepted (kept reloading the page to show me the login box again) - now I'm still able to access it through Windows and copy forth and back things, and I can still access the admin login page from mobile browser. but. it repeats the problem with relogging the login page. What is wrong, what could be damaged and what is the possible solution for this? I feel a little bit helpless, especially now, when I need to move to a new laptop. Thanks in advance for any help. Having trouble with my router. Did login using the default login. Once in there was a firmware update that I processed. Had to then log back in no problem. Next I changed the router password and did enable recovery questions option. Then it logged me out, but now I can't log back in with the old or new password. Used the router recovery and is shows the right new password. Still no luck!!! Tried 3 browsers, cleared internet cache and used both wireless and wired connections. Also an ipad too! Now what do I do? Thanks for any expert help, DianaSolved4.2KViews0likes2Commentscannot connect to routerlogin page - "Checking the Internet connection; please wait …"

Just upgraded my extenders firmware (1.0.2.16) but I am now unable to login to the extender router setup menu. Tried factory reset a couple of times, different browsers (wireless from iPad / Safari, wired with Explorer 10, Chrome) but I cannot get past the Account registration meny. First I get the splash screen "New Extender setup". Then I get the Register new account page - (note I run Swedish language); - Filling in a password twice for the "admin" account - Filling two password recovery questions After completing the last response to recovery question number two, I was expected the button "Next" at the bottom of the screen to change colour so it becomes clickable. No such think happens, regardless of whoich browser I use. Basically, I tried this a couple of time without success, now it seems stuck I cannot access the mywifiext.net setup menu at all. Any hints are much appreciated3.2KViews1like1CommentCan't connect to cable modem/router; Can't access router login
so... i've been searching around and trying ideas for three hours now. nothing. after a reset, my laptop can connect to the router AND use the internet via WiFi. i was able to use the "routerlogin.net" app once or twice to change my settings back to the way they were, yet no other device would connect and it would tell me the "modem is offline". consistantly, less said times, the router will reset, my laptop will connect with default router settings, my laptop will get internet, and i will get the message that i am not connected via WiFi when attempting to access "routerlogin.net". what the heck is going on here?5.1KViews0likes3Commentsip address defaults to file
On Windows 10 when I try to access a share on the LAN by entering \\readynas ip address\ the browser defaults to http://ip address and says that it can not find the file. When I try it with the user name at the end of the login \\ip address\john it does the same thing. When I use the name of the share \\ipaddress\accounting I have the same problem. Any ideas?
