Hi, I have a netgear readynas 102, I know it's one of the older models but it worked like a charm until last week. First my pc would not connect anymore, then my mobile app, now the laptop app is not connecting anymore. The only way to connect to it is through my internet browser, but i cannot seem to download my files to store them succesfully elsewhere. Can anybody help me to safely download my files so i would not have lost 5+ years of photo's and digital work? I tried upgrading the firmware, it says i have the latest, yes it will not work. Thanks in advance!1.5KViews0likes3CommentsReadyCLOUD App Notification Count
Hi, On my Android phone the ReadyCLOUD App (ver 2.0.4) has a number in a bubble above it, like there is some kind of notification, however opening the app I see nothing that needs attention and have been through all the menus and even into the folders on the NAS, even dragging on the screen down to refresh doesn't affect the count. The app connects to the NAS fine when it is running (thought I only have it powered up for a few hourse a day for backups) Today the number jumped from 13 to 25, how can I clear this number? and what is causing it? S ---- I saw the topic below posted previously and it's closed as solved, but I don't think the solution actually clears the issue + I couldn't get the count to go away using the Android Notification settings either. I don't want to just suppress the count or notifications (which appears to be the advice in the post), I want to clear it completely and reset the count. https://community.netgear.com/t5/ReadyNAS-Cloud-Storage/ReadyCLOUD-Androd-app-Vers-2-0-0-message-bubble/m-p/16625122.5KViews0likes5CommentsRN516 - Won't connect to ReadyCloud since 6.9.5 update
Since I've updated to FW version 6.9.5 I can't get the ReadyCloud App on either of my Samsung S9 phones or access my device via the ReadyCloud site. I appears, but says there are no volumes, and the app on the phones just time out and occasionally report an error. I've read several threads on similar but very dated topics which point to a leapP2P service that might not be starting that controls connection to the Cloud. I'm not sure how to force this service to launch on the device (I've tried restarting and shutting down and restarting with no change in behavior) as most threads state Netgear Admins have to login remotely and launch it. Anyone have any ideas?Solved4KViews0likes7CommentsReadyCloud for Android - picture icon problem
Hi, I just noticed a problem when selecting my picture folder like "Device/Pictures". Somehow the picture icons does not corresponds to the actual pictures. This occurred after deleting some picture files. To get it working I had to "clear data" for ReadyCloud within Android, delete the folder files and enable a new backup. ReadyNAS 422 with OS 6.10-RC1. ReadyCloud 2.0.1 RC3 on Android 9 (Pie) on a Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact. Best regards, Ulf1.4KViews0likes1CommentReadycloud iOS not accessible from other apps
I file documents into ReadyCLOUD from iOS. But since recent software upgrades (iOS 11? ReadyNAS FW 6.9.0? ReadyCLOUD app?) it is no longer visible as an option to send the documents (but Dropbox, Google drive and OneDrive are, as well as QNAP's Qfile).4.6KViews0likes10CommentsREADYCLOUD android app not working but IOS & WNDOWS web applications are working fine.

I am unable to upload pictures from my Iphone (IOS) using the Netgear ReadyCLOUD app (version 2.0.0, (2027)). I have an ReadyNAS 104, running firmware 6.9.1. I’m not exactly sure when the problem started but I use to be able to just run the app from my phone and it would upload the pictures to my NAS. Now it shows me a status update but it doesn’t progress. I attempted to create another account and see if it was perhaps a user access(rights) problem, and it started updating but then stopped. I am back to square one. Please help.6.8KViews0likes13Commentsreadycloud android app not connecting

Ive written a couple times about this and the issue persits... I cant access my files through the ios app over my wifi. Its only on my wifi that it doesnt work through the ios app. If i log onto the web address link while on my wifi i can see my files. With the app on my wifi, I can log in and see the folder structure but when i go into one level intothe folders just appear empty. When I turn off WIFI and use to app to log in through my phone data I can see the folders and it populates the folders with the file names. The issue seems specific to the app? Has anyone else had this happen. Thanks in advance its been over a year now and the app releases havent corrected the issue at least for me Firmware 6.9.3 IOS 11.4 with readycloud version 2.0.2 (2047)2.2KViews0likes4Comments
