I can't save any WiFi changes on my new Nighthawk M3. I have followed the instructions in the manual, but the Apply button is disabled. I've tried on my phone and on a laptop and get the same problem. Device works with the default name and password. Updates have been installed To change the WiFi network name, password, encryption, or channel settings from the web user interface: 1. From the web user interface dashboard, select Settings > General > WiFi Band. The WiFi Band page displays. 2. Click or tap More. Additional settings display. 3. Enter a WiFi Name and WiFi Password. 4. Select an Encryption Type and Channel. Your WiFi client devices must support the encryption type that you select for your mobile hotspot, or they will not be able to connect. 5. Clear or select the Broadcast WiFi Name SSID check box. If you clear the check box, you must manually enter your SSID when connecting your WiFi devices. 6. Click or tap ApplySolvednetgear nighthawk m1 MR1100
Hello a few days ago the message appeared: Keine Verbindung mit diesem Netzwerk möglich (no connection possible to this network) when I tried to connect any device to the MR1100. Any device means: a samsung mobile S23 with Android, a Microsoft surface with windwos 11, an apple IPAD pro with IOS 18. What can I do to find out how to reanimate the MR1100 without access from a computer via WiFi to it. Thanks for Help GorowRV rooftop antennae for MR6550 nighthawk
Hi, We recently looked into getting an RV and are wondering about combination antenna like the Winegard 360deg which has AM/FM, TV, WiFi, and LTE/5G capability which seems to be very popular, but wanted to investigate other options. What have people used with their Nighthawks that they'd recommend? ThanksMR1100 display freezes after starting
Dear Community, the MR1100 always stops during the start-up process and nothing happens after that. The Router has a LTE signal and is basically working, but the default screen is not visible (see the attachment). After the reboot, 1-2 attempts, the router is working fine again and the default screen is visible. Thank you in advance. Hi everyone, wondering if anyone here using Telstra Nighthawk M60 Pro with firmware NTGX65_12.01.41.00_00 is missing the "Reboot/Restart" functionality ? Had and OTA update last year from NTGX65_12.01.38.00_00 to NTGX65_12.01.41.00_00 (latest) and noticed it went missing. Been waiting for a firmware update from Telstra which never came and wondering if anyone here is running firmware much more latest than mine. Hello everyone, As mentioned in the title, I really need help about which Netgear models is the best to use for 5G in Viet Nam (a country in Asia Pacific - APAC) ? Mr6550-100PAS or Mr6550-100APS According to this knowledge base link as below https://kb.netgear.com/000065647/Which-countries-can-my-NETGEAR-M6-or-M6-Pro-roam-in The model Mr6550-100Pas will be the best fit … but it’s for American area … To be honest I’m really so confused And based on the specs of Mr6550-100Aps, it should be the one … totally different with the KB above So I really need your advice , any recommendations or suggestions are highly appreciated Thanks so much for taking the time to readMR100 using extender to connect more than 30 devices?
Please be patient with a first time posting. I have a MR1100 that is my only internet, in a rural setting, with no other options. As time has passed, my device count has grown and I want to add a number of smart light bulbs. These will make my device count is excess of the 30 supported by the MR1100. I found an old closed post from 2019 that suggested that a WN2000RPT extender would solve this issue by fooling the MR1100 software that it has only 1 device (the WN200RPT) connected , leaving bandwidth as the only limiting factor. I never saw a reply to the post that would confirm that this would or did ultimately work.. I can still buy this obsolete extender for a very reasonable cost, but still don't want to waste $$ if it will not help my situation. It has also been suggested that the device count is per band and this is a dual band router, making the actual device count 60 which would mean it will work for me as is?? Any advice?Netgear Nighthawk M1 Mobile Router - how do I set it up with an eSIM?
Hey! I have a Netgear Nighthawk mobile router which was under contract with O2 as the data provider. I have now cancelled the data contract and kept the router. I've removed the physical sim (the old O2 one). Now I want to set it up with a new data provider. I have an eSIM from Revolut as part of my banking. Does anyone have any clear instructions as to how I can do this? (set up my Nighthawk to use my eSIM provider for data). Alternatively, I also have my data available via my phone data contract (still with O2) - could that also work? Thanks!Nighthawk M6 Pro MR6400 won't run without battery when tethered to computer
Hello, I recently purchased the Nighthawk M6 Pro MR6400 hotspot. Unlike the MR5200 and MR6500, it does not seem to want to power on without the battery connected when tethered to a PC. I checked all of the settings in all three hotspots and they are identical. The USB port is set to charging and tethering. The same exact PC and USB-C port on my PC works for the MR5200 and the MR6500, but will not work for the MR6400. Is there a way to bypass this? I have checked the power settings of the device and they appear to be identical. I am purposefully not installing the battery except for when I will be traveling with the device. Thanks!
