Device connected, all lights solid green. Yet, cannot connect to the internet on my device?
Hi, I recently bought the; NETGEAR 11AC 1200 Mbps (300 Mbps + 900 Mbps) Dual Band Wi-Fi Range Extender with External Antennas (Wi-Fi Booster) (EX6120-100UKS) off Amazon due to the reviews. I set it up correctly, had all the lights on it solid green. It was showing up on my iphones wifi list and said it was connected to it, but when I tried to access the internet it wouldn't do it and just constantly said connecting but no further. If anyone has any idea why or a solution before I get a refund for it, that would be extremely appreciated. Thank you!
