Hello, I have noticed in the iOS Circle 1st gen app that my Orbi RBR20 router running Circle internet filtering parental controls software appears to no longer be recording internet usage. I do not have any internet usage records for my children for weeks. As a result, the children's internet is not stopping after a specified number of hours. Has anybody else noticed this? This is a known issue with Circle’s certificate on the CBR750. The “20-year validity” makes browsers/devices flag it as untrusted. The quick workaround is what you’ve already done (toggle parental controls), but the real fix will need a firmware update with a new certificate from Circle/Netgear. Best step: open a support ticket with Netgear so they can escalate to Circle Labs — they’ll need to push an updated, trusted cert in the next firmware.413Views0likes1CommentCircle premium features not showing
Hello, My circle premium features are no longer showing. When I am in the app and click the "yearly premium subscription" and then click "start subscription" it gives me the message that I am currently subscribed. I click "OK" and then I keep getting the same message "your premium subscription is processing. There was an unexpected delay, but you will be able to access the Premium features shortly." I have done as it suggested and quit and relaunched the app, but I still cannot access my premium features. I have also deleted the app and reinstalled it, with no change. I also tried canceling my circle subscription in my phone settings and then going back in the app to restart the subscription and I continue to get the same message. hi, I recently bought a new iphone. circle on orbi was working until I got iphone 16. Now Circle app it unable to connect. Circle keeps looping me into enable circle screen. I had circle on netgear and had subscribed to circle app for additional $ a month using my apple account. I have rebooted my modem (netgear nighthawk)/ router (rbr20), reinstalled the app. Nothing seems to be working.
