Hello, I have an RBR850 with one RBS850. they were installed in July 2021 and have worked perfectly since then. I have had access through the app and also through orbilogin.net. Last Wednesday we had some work done in our basement where the router is located. My wife called me frantically that the internet was down and wifi not working. We have wired and wireless devices set up. Trouble shooting from work it turns out that the workman bumped the power supply for the cable modem and RBR850. After plugging them back in the network seemed to be working just fine. However , I cannot access the router on the app. I also cannot access orbllogin.net or orbilogin.com or 192.168.1.1. I powered cycled the RBR850 and RBS 850 restarted my iPhone and a new setup . I also deleted and reinstalled the app. see attached screenshot. I can't seem to get past this screen and see my devices and network. While the screenshot says device is offline it appears it is online. Not sure where to go from here. any help would be greatly appreciated57Views0likes4Comments
