First ORBI system was active on the ORBI application, was able to view all details. We purchased a second system for a Delaware location; application dropped our first, although picked up our second. We are unable to view details for our first location. Systems are on different routers, one verizon one xfinity. I have a bit similar problem. I have a router with the latest firmware version (V7.2.8.2_5) and a satellite with an old version (V3.2.17). The satellite appears online as a "router" and does not allow to up web server. The satellite's bootloader doesn't allow me to upload a firmware file larger than 32 MB, so I can't update it. Sometimes I will bring up the app on my iPhone and see the first attachment when connecting and looking at what is connected. Pretty boring. Then sometimes I will get the second attachment that shows, speed, SSID, I can even turn it off? Any idea why? I would sure like to have the second one ALL the time. I have two devices (Playstations) that I want to pause at certain times. I can do this when they connect to WIFI, but I purposely purchased an additional satellite so I could hardwire the two Playstations to achieve better speeds. However, hardwiring them into the satellite means they dont appear in the device list and available for me to add into a group under the parent controls. I have tried every trouble shooting attempt I could find online that had anything to do with Netgear, streaming services, Paramout, and/or Samsung TV. The Samsung TV I have is about 5 years old, there are some Paramount + shows I am able to access without an issue (The Daily Show, CBS Morning, The Late Show with Steven Colbert). I cannot stream things like Landman, Tracker, Naked Gun. However, I am able to access every Paramount + show through the app on the same network on an iPhone, iPad, Chrome/Firefox/Safari Browser, and Roku device. I only have an issue only my Samsung TV since I upgraded my internet to 1G/1G and upgrade to the Netgear to an Orbi meshed network router w 2 satellites. There has to be some setting that I'm missing that can be updated. When I had my old Netgear Nighthawk, if I had any parental controls set - at all - I would not be able to access Paramount + on the Samsung TV. I tried changing over to my guest network that does not have the parental controls and I could not access the shows either. I enabled DHCP, verified the Private Relay settings on the network, removed the ap, cleared the cache and data, reset the tv, restarted the Orbi and nothing will get this to clean up and work. I am not seeing what channels are being used for the 2.4hz band devices in the Orbi app, only 5hz nd 6hz. And is there a benefit to dedicating a set channel versus letting the router select. It seems that for the 5hz it's using an "average" or worse channel when there are better choices. I have an Orbi AX4200 RBR750 WiFi 6 router with two satellites, but I am unable to connect through Anywhere Access or locally. My Nighthawk CM2000 2.5Gb cable modem is connected to a Mediacom ISP 1Gb fiber line. I use Windows Defender across my iPhone, iPad, and PC, as well as the Windows Defender VPN on these devices. My PC runs Total Defense Internet Security Suite CE 25.4. I also use an iPhone 16 with iOS 26.0.1, accessing Anywhere Access remotely and Local access when on-site. The ORBI app version is 2.48.0.43. Oddly, the app shows that I am connected with a green dot under "Your Products" in Anywhere Access, but it then displays a message saying, "Device is Offline," which it is not. I am also unable to log in via Orbilogin.net or the IP address. My WiFi, ISP, and network are functioning fine, but I lack local or remote access to perform updates, reboot remotely, or check activity.
