I JUST received my EX2700 NETGEAR EXPANDER It is powering up as the light is bright green But I am not accessing the website to finish my setup. I changed browsers as they said that website is local I tried to bring up the wizard but nothing I tried the genie nothing I do not know what is firmware, OS I think means VIAO TAP SONY I have windows 10 installed I live in a tropical country Trinidad & TobagoWiFi extender not working: connects to router but no internet when you connect to extender: EX2700
I have been using the EX2700 WiFi Range extender for roughly 6 months without any problems however in the last week it has stopped working. It still connects to my WiFi router (all the appropriate lights are on) but when I connect to it on my laptop or mobile phone, there is no internet connection. I have followed all the troubleshooting instructions on this website and nothing has improved. I have reset the extender, forgotten the wifi network on my laptop/phone and reconnected yet still the same result. I found out I am apparently not eligible for customer support after just 90 days which is absolutely ridiculous. I should be able to call someone without paying a ridiculous cost just to receive some help. Asking on here is pretty much a last ditch effort, nothing else has been able to help so far unfortunately, hopefully somebody here can help
