old volumes
1 TopicAfter update of 516 from 6.6.1 to 6.8.1 old volumes from prior factory default showed back up
I just upgraded from 6.6.1 to 6.8.1 (after testing 6.8.1 on a 316). The upgrade process went smootly and it seems to work okay, however, some old volumes (vol2 and vol3) that were from a prior factory default showed back up in the UI. Under system --> volumes it now shows data, eda1 (expected), but also shows vol2 and vol3 (that should not exist). The volumes vol2 and vol3 do not show that they are using any disks and the only option I have is to destroy or balance them (balance is strange as there are no disks assigned). I would like to destroy them, but I am a little nervous and want to check with someone from Netgear before doing so as I dont want to inadvertantly destroy data or eda1 volumes. Thanks in advance, -David719Views0likes2Comments
