Can not use Orbilogin.com with Orbi RBR50
I have an Arris DG1670A cable modem/router. The 5GHz and 2.4GHz wireless signals are OFF, the Firewall is OFF, and the NAT is set to BRIDGED. I've confirmed with my ISP provider that these are the appropriate settings so the device will act as a straight modem. I have an Orbi RBR50 connected to the modem as my router. Everything is fine except I can not connect to orbilogin.com, orbilogin.net, 192.168.1.1, or 10.0.0.1. I've tried wireless and direct wired connections, to all the LAN ports - no luck. My firewall is OFF and my anti-virus is OFF. Interestingly, when I am connected to the Orbi router via a wire, I CAN connect to my modem (192.168.100.1:8080) through the Orbi. Note: I have tried three different Cat 6 cables - all of which I know work because I've done networking projects with them recently. The weirdest thing is that I CAN connect to orbilogin.com through my cell phone and a second computer via wi-fi. So for some reason my main computer isn't seeing orbilogin.com Any ideas why my computer cannot connect to the orbi dashboard? I am using Windows 10. The orbi is updated with the latest firmware.
