Backups successful until around Mid June, then stopped working. Nothing on our side has changed. RN514 running OS 6.5.2 (We've purposively been avoiding upgrade to 6.6/6.7 given all the stability issues associated with those releases and that those releases involved newer kernels and possible compatibility issues w/ existing plex install). In any case, problem appears to be ReadyCloud related. We had it enabled for the last several years and it stopped connecting for some reason. Obviously, we're concerned that backups failed w/o generating any alerts until 7 days passed and Vault sent an alert to us.Readynas vault stopped working!
I set up ReadVAULT to copy files from dropbox back to my RN 10200 just over a week ago and it worked great. This week it doesn't work at all and it no longer allows me to use it! I did some research and found a thread saying it could be to do with the DNS. I'd installed Noip as an exercise since setting up the vault and figured it must be that, so I completely uninstalled Noip but vault still didn't work. I figured ok it needs to be restarted, so switched vault off and on. Problem is I can turn it on but vault will not work, I can no longer log in again and it fails registration every time. So I updated it and it's still no good. I've also upgraded the laptop I did this from to Windows 10, which wouldn't have thought should make a difference when there are already other W10 machines on my network anyway. So now there's a very basic feature of my RN 10200 that I want to use and it won't let me use it at all. Can someone please advise me on how I can rectify this. Thanks very much.
