I can register product because "This Serial number has been already registered online."
Hello, I have obtained a RN10400 and a router R7000. The router could be registered no problem but the NAS says it was already registered. I have talked to previous owner and he does not recall a registration carried out. Could you help me register my NAS. Thanks
