Blocked serial numbers on second hand purchase
As Ready Duo NAS has been on the market for some time it is of course sold as a second hand in for example eBay. I have five ReadyDuo NAS and all of them bought secondhand. Works fine, but OBVIOUSLY Netgear did think about that as the previous owner is still registered on the serial number I now have. I have tried to ask the previous owners to unregistered from the serial number, but without success. So PLEASE Netgear think again, and most of all solve this issue by letting me register my NAS towards my own account! For example I could not use "ReadyCloud" due to this bad solution!
