Where is readynas OS 6.5????????
I've gotten the same e-mail from netgear about five times over the past three to four weeks. It tells me that they are changing all accounts to a MyNetgear account, and that if I want to continue using readycloud, I need to make the conversion. Unfortunately, everytime I attempt to "do as instructed", I run into an impasse. The website DOESN'T work the way they say it should. Apparently(?) I have converted my old account, because now I automatically log in to a "MyNetgear.com" account. Then I open Readycloud, expecting to see the "migration" forms or checkboxes, but there is nothing there! Just the usual readycloud entry form. I have checked EVERYWHERE on that form, and there is no consolidation options for the accounts, and no ability to upgrade my nas's to OS 6.0. All I can say is "You're about seven weeks late, if this was an April fools' joke", and if it wasn't, you need to hire a new quality assurance staff...., if you even know what that is!2.4KViews0likes3Comments
