4 TopicsOS 6.2.2 and readycloud.
After installing OS 6.2.2 , I found that some "cloud" users couldn't access their accounts. I realize that the problem is probably with the netgear "cloud" servers, but I don't know how to straighten it out. I tried to re-send "invitations" , but because the users had an account on my NAS, "readycloud" refused to send an invitation to a previously registered e-mail address. I read through netgears' help section, but didn't find my specific problem addressed. I'd like to totally delete my readycloud account, and then re-establish it, but that option isn't addressed either. If anyone has a solution...., I'd really appreciate hearing it! Hope to hear from someone soon.3.5KViews0likes1CommentNo shares on readycloud
For some reason I cannot get any shares on readycloud OS6.2.2 with my pro-6. Also, when I'm on my lan and click discover it never finds my pro-6. If I enter my serial number it will find it and it gets added to my account on readycloud, but still no shares. I log into readycloud.netgear.com and my system is listed there with no shares. I did open port 6300 both UDP and TCP. I also went into the Remote settings and enabled the section that says port 6300, not sure if that is necessary. The setup video's make no mention of anything other than just turning on readycloud, but that didn't work for me. The video makes no mention of port 6300 though so I don't know how that video would ever work for anyone. Very confusing. Any suggestions? thanks steve4.3KViews0likes5CommentsReadyCLOUD???
I am trying to get ReadyCLOUD to work on my Pioneer Pro (which is running 6.2)... 1) I enabled ReadyCLOUD on the Cloud tab, 2) Created a user on ReadyCLOUD and used the ID to log into ReadyCLOUD on the NAS, 3) I selected a share in the ReadyCLOUD page and the user has read/write access. I can see the NAS when I log into the web page, and by see it I mean all the shares, not just the one I selected... Also, I downloaded the ReadyCLOUD app onto my iPad, but when I log in I can see the unit, but no shares??? Any suggestions what is going on?5.9KViews0likes4CommentsOS6 ReadyCloud on Legacy Hardware (not supported by Netgear)
So I'm running 6.1.4 on a Pro Pioneer/Business (beta unit from old times) and was playing around trying to get ReadyCloud up. No luck so far, the backup button is wired differently (probably just a database change to find the ACPI information for this model). Any thoughts? This is the thread for ReadyCloud bashing.5.2KViews0likes7Comments
