WAX610Y constant "lost connection with the Insight cloud"

Hi all,

 

I have a WAX610Y which had been working fine for about a year. Now I can't go more than half a day without it repeatedly "losing connection with the Insight cloud", taking all devices connected to it offline. It requires physically unplugging and replugging in the PoE cable to get the device to reboot and come back online.

 

Network is very simple, Starlink -> ethernet adapter -> PoE injector -> WAX610Y (mounted outside). SSID for WAX610Y and Starlink router are set to the same for roaming.

 

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot?

Were there any events that may have caused the issue?

Also, is the WAX610Y running the latest FW which is v9.6.3.2? If not, please update it to its latest FW.

 

Lastly, if possible, have you tried a spare PoE injector and/or ethernet cables to see if it's a physical connection issue?
