Re: 3700 won't finish updating firmware and internet keeps going out

I can't give you the firmware version right now because 192.168.0.1 won't load at this time.
The two lightning bolts on the front are constantly blinking. I've reset the router back to factory settings and it worked for a while but then those lights started to blink again.
The problem this is causing is that after a few hours or a few minutes I can't access the internet on my laptop. I have to turn off my wifi on my laptop and then turn it back on and then I can browse the web again.

This does not sound good if you are factory resting and still cant get into the GUI page you may want to contact Netgear phone support to troubleshoot and see if the modem is defective.
