Re: All lights blinking. No service. CM500
Who is the ISP?
What speed package UP and DOWN do you pay for?
Modem is a DOCSIS 3.0 and maybe getting out of spec with the ISP. Does the ISP still approve of this modem on there network?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the modem and router been performed?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
Factory reset the modem?
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.

Re: All lights blinking. No service. CM500
I just noticed they upgraded me to 500mbs speed. Which I never asked for. Think that is too much for the modem?

Re: All lights blinking. No service. CM500
Try a factory reset by pressing the reset button in back for 10 seconds then release?
What's the brand and model of the external wifi router connected to the CM modem?

Re: All lights blinking. No service. CM500
whenever I do a power cycle I get an okay connection for a while but then it goes to **bleep** again. I thought it could be a coax cable issue but I’ve replaced it and it’s not helping

Re: All lights blinking. No service. CM500
Are you accessing 192.168.100.1 for the modems web page?
Might try connecting a wired PC directly to the back of the modem with out the router in the middle to see if you can gain access the modems web page.

Re: All lights blinking. No service. CM500
OK,
Power is way too low:
https://kb.netgear.com/24311/Power-level-guidelines-for-a-NETGEAR-cable-modem-router
Ask the ISP to turn up the power to a good middle ground value as seen in the spec.
Please post the event logs data page as well.
