Need to know how to get my firmware back on my router, so it's protected. It has double firewall?.c3000

How to secure my modem when it got hack and no firmware, it says N/A . Does anyone know how to get it back on my router with out hacker knowing about it?. Really need help.

when you connect your modem to the coax the firmware is pushed by the ISP.
