C7000v2 Guest network
Guest 2.4 GHz shows up in the Advanced Home page. When I click on it to see the settings, it goes to the Guest Network Settings page but it is blank. When I try to enable and add the existing SSID, it gives me the error:
"routerlogin.net says ssid cannot be blank guest network."
I have also tried a new SSID but I get the same error.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
-Ron

What browser are you using? Try IE11, Edge or Firefox or Opera.
Try accessing the modems web page at 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.100.1

Re: C7000v2 Guest network
I'm using Chrome. It's a strange situation since I can login w/o any problems and I can see my other wireless networks (non-Guest 2.4 and 5.0) and I can make any changes I want.
It's just the Guest network that's having the problem. When I select my guest network, it goes to a page like shown in this picture. Then I try to add the same SSID name or a new name and I receive the error I listed before.

I would make contact with NG support and ask for additional help and information.

Re: C7000v2 Guest network
Thank you for the responses FURRYe38. I'm considering just resetting it and see what happens.
