C7000v2 port forwarding issue

Hi,

I am trying to open some ports that I could work on servers but it does not works properly even I saw lots of solutions here and tried bunch of different ways but still no luck and here is my situation.

It seems like it does not block entire ports if I enable the readyshare which they are using 21 for FTP and 443 for HTTPS, its clearly I could check those are open and close depends enabled or disabled. but the problem is when I try to open the ports by the menu on Advanced Setup -> Port Forwarding / Port Triggering to add some ports it shows still closed like below photo.

Am I missing something? I already checked with my ISP that does not block the specific port I want to open too. I am not sure what else I can try to open them?

appreciated your help!

"servers"?  Which kind of "does not works properly" is this?

"does not" is not a useful problem description.  It does not say what
you did.  It does not say what happened when you did it.  As usual,
showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results (error
messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
    descriptions or interpretations.

    > [...] Am I missing something? [...]

Probably, but I can't see what you did.

Presumably, you have some kind of system at "192.168.0.24", which
might be running some servers, which might be listening at ports like
80, 7777, and 27015.  Those port-forwarding rules look ok, if that
system really is at that LAN IP address.  How, exactly, are you trying
to communicate with those servers? From where?

For the usual problems with port forwarding, see:

There are some questions and tests there which might be helpful.

Thanks for quick answer but sorry to late reply back.

So, I am trying to open the Steam games dedicate servers which most games using port 27015 I believe

I am curious what parts I need to post here to get help from you?

I followed the way to port-forward the what you suggested page also but that's basically what I did.

I am not sure what additionally I have to deal with.

      Thank you for your help.

"parts"?  You could try answering the questions.  Look for "?".

"basically" and "exactly" are spelled differently for a reason.

        > There are some questions and tests there which might be helpful.

           Still true.  Look for "?".
