C7100v model AC1900 too slow for Xfinity Gigabit~
My router speed is 890mbs. Xfinity says this is too slow for their 1Gbs speed and as a result, my lan speed is only 90mbs. Xfinity says personal Gateways must have a higher speed rating than what's in the Xfinity service package. Is there a workaround for this limitation besides changing to a Xfinity package with a lower speed?

I'm a bit confused.
You pay for gig service through xfinity?
But you're only getting 90mbps?
How are you testing the speeds? Device and website?
You put your router speed is 890mbps. what do you mean by this? Is this the speed your getting, is this whatt you think its rated to?
