C7500 Lights on NO internet
So I'm in a serious pickle (and seriously unimpressed with the madness of netgear's expensive support plans) with my C7500 Nighthawk.
Here are the details:
Lost internet 7pm Saturday.
Contacted ISP (spectrum) and they believed it to be a small outage.
Tuesday (today) ISP tech came to check it out and verified it was a problem with Nighthawk, not the ISP.
Nighthawk, upon powering back on, turns on all lights. It recognizes the LAN ports in use and the blue lights on the antenna light up... for about 3 seconds. After that, those lights go out. The power light is steady white, the upload, download, and internet lights blink for a bit and also become steady white after a short period. Despite these lights I am completely unable to connect to the internet via LAN or Wifi. The network is not even listed as available to connect to.
(NOTE: my ISP could see the nighthawk connect to the internet and then almost immediately lose connection (while the internet light stayed steady) while troubleshooting with them over the weekend.)
I have gone through the support in the knowledge base. Most of the articles seem to require logging into the router/ISP address which I am entirely unable to do no matter what I try.
I have power cycled the router to no avail.
I have done factory resets with zero change.
I am at a total loss and at my wits end. I already spoke to support and all they wanted to do was sell me a plan I can't afford and sent me a knowledge base link I had already read that didn't help.
If anyone has any possible idea of what has gone wrong, I would be beyond grateful. As of the moment my nighthawk is a glorified and costly paperweight that makes me want to take a sledgehammer to it.
Many, many thanks in advance!

Re: C7500 Lights on NO internet
While there is a lot of detail in your message, there is very little useful information.
Let's look at one bit:

What happens when you try this?
What are you doing?
Any error messages?

Re: C7500 Lights on NO internet
Basically it seems that my router won't recognize an ethernet cable in any port. It acts like it's connected to the internet but won't connect to any devices via ethernet or wifi. Wifi won't even turn on. I can't even find my network to TRY to connect to.
I'm sorry if this still isn't useful but at this point it's all I've got. Please ask away if there's more info I can provide!

That's not how routerlogin works. You will not see any network to connect to. That's a wifi thing.
http://routerlogin.net (or http://routerlogin.com) should bring up the graphical user interface (GUI) for the C7500.
If they do not work, then an alternative is http://192.168.0.1.

Trying to get into routerlogin bring ups the same "cannot load page" type of message that attempting to go to any other website without network connection would.
What is that "type of message"?
These messages are not random. The exact wording may well tell us something about why your modem/router is rejecting the connection.
Is there anything else on your network?

What happens if you try 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 in a web browser?
