C7800 Unresponsive - All Lights On
Purchased March 2021. Worked fine until last night. Doesn’t show up on available Wi-Fi networks and internet company says it isn’t connected. Biggest difference I can see is the bottom 6 buttons are all steady lit white. Top 4 buttons light up momentarily when power is turned on but then turn off. 2.4ghz and 5ghz lights never light up. Not use to seeing steady lights all the time. Tried unplugging (24hrs) and factory resetting (didn’t work). Really hopeful it can be fixed as it cost me $350+ less than 2 years ago. Any help greatly appreciated!

Re: C7800 Unresponsive - All Lights On
Did you try factory resetting with the coax disconnected? Then push and hold it for at least 30 seconds while powered on?
What do the lights do when you do this?

Re: C7800 Unresponsive - All Lights On
I tried to factory reset and it is not responsive. Lights stay on. Tried connecting hard wire and could not access via IP Address or website.

Re: C7800 Unresponsive - All Lights On
Try a reset with out the ISP cable connected.
Try a 30-30-30 reset as last resort.
Maybe a hard failure of the modem...
