CAX30 Modem/Router - Can switch OUT of Access Anywhere
Looking for help with the Access Anywhere connection.
Picked up a new AX6/Model CAX30 Cable Modem/Router.
Installed Nighthwak app, got the unit registered, activated and setup. Reconnected all my WiFi devices. I then saw the feature for Access Anywhere and turned it on. When I did that, I lost the 2.4GHZ band. I tried to go back to Connect Local, and I get error messages, i.e. the system won't allow me to go back to connect anywhere.
The 2.4GHz light is on, but that "channel" doesn't show up in any of the WiFi devices.
I tried to select the option to allow the router to determine the optimal channel, but get an error message that it is not possible in Access Anywhere mode.
I tried to turn the Access Anywhere off, but every path I try does not work.
I followed the instructions in the Support docs (which is exactly what I did in the first place) and it does not work.
Has anyone else experienced this? Has anyone determined how to turn OFF the access anywhere and return back to Local Access?
I had my alarm system hooked up and working - it uses the 2.4 GHz channel - it was hooked up, but now cannot connect since the 2.4 GHz channel seems to be non-functional - though the light is lit.
Any Help?

Re: CAX30 Modem/Router - Can switch OUT of Access Anywhere
Try logging into the modems web page to make channel changes and configurations.
If you locally connected you should have two options to connect to the modem using the NightHawk app, Cloud icon or Locally. Try changing from the Cloud icon access to Locally connected with in the app.
