CAX30S stops working.
My Nighthawk CAX30S stopped working after 7 months of use. Now only the power light turns on. I have gone through all the troubleshooting steps with no avail.
I have had my ISP out and have confirmed everything looks good from their side.
Of course, you have to PAY to get any sort of support from NETGEAR, what a great company customer support model.
THIS IS THE SECOND NETGEAR PRODUCT TO FAIL COMPLETELY ON ME.

Re: CAX30S stops working.
Possible that similar problems seen on the CAX80 maybe happening on the CAX30.
The CAX is seeing or was seeing good operation, then something happened, we believe came from the ISP side to the modem and something caused the CAX to stop working. There's nothing that we can do from the forums here when the CAX get into this state so any users seen this problem need to make contact with NG.

Re: CAX30S stops working.
Alrighty, I reached out to them.
It's pretty WILD the only entry point for customer service for bricked devices is through a paid support ticket option or hoping to randomly come in to "community" to get pointed to PMing a couple folks. Especially from a public traded company who has over 1 BILLION in revenue. QQ
