CAX80 — Nighthawk 8-Stream WiFi 6 Cable Modem Router- Ports don't work but WIFI network does
I've been having issues with my CAX80- The RJ45 Ports don't work- I've had a support ticket open and all they did was roll back the Firmware. Is anyone else having this issue? Naturally, Netgear doesn't want to help since its' just over a year old. Even though this issue and support ticket was opened before the support expired.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and PC. CAT6 is recommended.
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
So all ports tried do not work?
Do front LEDs for each port not light up and turn ON WHITE when connected too?

did rolling back the firmware fix the issue?
Did you try a factory reset?
