CAX80 won’t factory reset and keeps dropping internet

I have been told to get in touch with @DarrenM and @olympus1625 to discuss this issue.

I have a netgear CAX80 and it just died. We have done everything possible to get it going with no success. We finally replaced it with a standalone modem and a ORBI wifi mesh system.

However, I cannot get this thing to reboot to factory specs, what gives? It’s not even two years old and has become a paperweight. I cannot sell it in good conscious this way either.

Any direction or help here would be appreciated.

I’m not exactly sure how to use this forum well, especially on my mobile, if you have any help on contacting them, that would be great.

Yes, select on there user names and go to there profile pages and send them a Private Message.
