Support is sending me a brand new in box (or so they say) unit, and I'll have it Monday or Tuesday. They're doing next business day, but I'm going to assume it goes out Monday.
I am not optimistic this resolves it, but we will see.

- Moocow1980Dec 14, 2021ApprenticeIt's not a Netgear issue. It has been pinpointed to an ISP issue. Having someone at Netgear contact me may not help any more than past calls have, unless someone at Netgear wants to call WOW.
