Does anyone else know how to view the bandwidth or attached devices of this device?

Re: CG3000DV2-RG (N450) Bandwidth Monitor OR Attached Devices
Good morning fellow Netgear Community Members,
This problem still exists! I have received ZERO feedback from fellow community members and/or Netgear Admins.
1. How do I find the DHCP leasees? (Everyone receiving an IP address from the CG3000DV2-RG)
2. How do I monitor the bandwidth?
3. How do I restart this device without having to manually do it?
To help with confusion, I have added a screenshot from IMGUR.com of the settings page.

Am I missing something? Am I not supposed to ask intelligent questions on this forum? What is really going on?
